Eight Perfect Hours by Lia Louis

Releases September 28th Get it on Amazon Sigh... there is so much about Eight Perfect Hours by Lia Louis that I connected with. From Noelle's relationship with her mother to the way, she felt emotionally in so many situations. It was a beautiful real read and a somber look into growing both as a person and in thought processes. I highlighted so much while reading I had to stop and write a few quotes down as well.  "That’s the thing about the middle of the night and its loneliness and bad memories. It makes you clamor for comfort and safety." I'm not sure why this book resonated so much with me, I just know that it did. The love affair aside, it's a fantastic book. I will be excited to read more from Lia Louis. ~Tanja From the Cover... On a snowy evening in March, thirty-something Noelle Butterby is on her way back from an event at her old college when disaster strikes. With a blizzard closing off roads, she finds herself stranded, alone in

True Love Cowboy by Jennifer Ryan

A McGrath Novel - An Avon Books Contemporary romance - Book#3 Released Aug 24th-Get it today on Amazon. Jon Crawford is back in Big Sky Country. He's got too much on his plate to even think about romance. That is until Trinity McGrath comes along. There is so much interpersonal drama going on between Jon and Trinity, but it's their own separate issues that encompass the majority of this real read. But I do love a good realistic romance with the added bonus of love concurs all in the end. A great read. ~Tanja * Thank you to Avon Books + HarperCollins for sharing this title with me. The Ex Hex by Erin Sterling

Releases September 28th! Get it on Amazon "Never mix vodka and witchcraft" I guess we're gonna learn this lesson the hard way friends. The Ex Hex was so much fun! It has everything this girl wants in romance. A little drama, a great storyline, funny-witty banter, and a supporting cast of characters combine together to make the entire read grand. This was my first time reading Erin Sterling and I am most pleased to say it won't be my last. What a phenomenal way to kick off the spooky season! ~Tanja From the Cover... Nine years ago, Vivienne Jones nursed her broken heart like any young witch would: vodka, weepy music, bubble baths…and a curse on the horrible boyfriend. Sure, Vivi knows she shouldn’t use her magic this way, but with only an “orchard hayride” scented candle on hand, she isn’t worried it will cause him anything more than a bad hair day or two. That is until Rhys Penhallow, descendent of the town’s ancestors, breaker of hearts, and

Check out the blurb below. ~Tanja A powerful chronicle of the women who used their sewing skills to survive the Holocaust, stitching beautiful clothes at an extraordinary fashion workshop created within one of the most notorious WWII death camps. At the height of the Holocaust twenty-five young inmates of the infamous Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp—mainly Jewish women and girls—were selected to design, cut, and sew beautiful fashions for elite Nazi women in a dedicated salon. It was work that they hoped would spare them from the gas chambers. This fashion workshop—called the Upper Tailoring Studio—was established by Hedwig Höss, the camp commandant’s wife, and patronized by the wives of SS guards and officers. Here, the dressmakers produced high-quality garments for SS social functions in Auschwitz, and for ladies from Nazi Berlin
