Honestly, once you pick up a novel by Emily March forget about putting it down. I made the mistake of cracking the spin before I'd finished my current read and that was it. Everything was put on hold. I was underlining phrases and tagging quotes within the first five pages. Not many authors can produce that. March has said The Getaway is a love letter to her family and I feel incredibly honored to have read it. I guess there is a feeling of peace in knowing we continue to grow, change, discover, and learn. I'm recommending this to everyone.
