Book two in the Dove Pond Series by Karen Hawkins is filled with tea leaves and magic. There is something so soothing about this series. I'm not sure if it's the melodic writing style, or that I crave and drink freshly brewed tea while reading. I know it's a crazy juxtaposition as the main character Ava is in a dizzying state while trying to open her tea shop, but it all just speaks to me.

I am thrilled to have been gifted this wonderful read by Gallery Books and I can't wait to continue on with the series. It's a joy!
