Such a good read! I have been missing this kind of PNR in my reading of late. It feels good to be back in this genre. Ione is my kind of writer. Sexy, brooding alpha males with smart, funny and motivated females.  A solid story line, great villains and an epilogue that has me chopping at the neck for the next book.

Nicole and Riker are great together. The sex sizzles and the chemistry is undeniable. They are surrounded by a great cast of characters that I already want to read about in their own stories. Hunter, Myne, Bastien and Lucy have me captivated already. Adding this series to my favorite list ASAP!

I was actually a little hesitant to start a new vampire series but I just can't seem to help myself. I have such a weakness for paranormal romance! I was so glad that I picked this one up because I thoroughly enjoyed it. A full cast of very creative and unique characters that I've already learned to love and hate. And, the storyline was original, engaging and left me wanting more.

Who do I love? Well, definitely had all kinds of love for Nicole and Ryker. The chemistry between these two was fun and sexy. Nicole is no submissive... and, I'm pretty sure Ryker was taken by surprise by her behavior on more than one occasion. And, I'm sure he's looking forward to more of her surprises!

Great cast of supporting characters that I'm already anxious to re-visit in future installments. Too many to name but my favorites were Myne and the crazy or not so crazy vampire doctor! Plenty of room for this series to grow.

I thought it was an interesting approach to this world that the vampires were being enslaved by humans. And, the Native American approach to the existence of vampires was unique and interesting.

Great choice for paranormal romance fans and I highly recommend!!
