Magic Binds by Ilona Andrews ~Review~

One of my favorite times of year! A new Kate Daniels book!
There is so much packed into the phenomenal read I honestly don’t know where to start. I will say it was one of my favorites of the series thus far. And that’s saying a lot! (Book four will always be my fav) So here's the quick and dirty details.

Surprising events:
New character developments, (OMG!)
A new(ish) coupling that has me super excited!!
A progression in relationships,
Funny dinner conversation,
Massive daddy issues,
The return of someone long thought dead,
And a battle that will rock them all.

SO MUCH EPICOSITY! One amazing book!
Magic Binds feels fresh yet homey. Fans of the series will feel embraced and triumphant with the massive surge of a kick-ass Kate in all her glory. It just keeps getting better and better and with the ex-Beast Lord by her side, well… nothing will ever topple them.

From the cover…
Mercenary Kate Daniels knows all too well that magic in post-Shift Atlanta is a dangerous business. But nothing she’s faced could have prepared her for this…

Kate and the former Beast Lord Curran Lennart are finally making their relationship official. But there are some steep obstacles standing in the way of their walk to the altar…

Kate’s father, Roland, has kidnapped the demigod Saiman and is slowly bleeding him dry in his never-ending bid for power. A Witch Oracle has predicted that if Kate marries the man she loves, Atlanta will burn and she will lose him forever. And the only person Kate can ask for help is long dead.

The odds are impossible. The future is grim. But Kate Daniels has never been one to play by the rules…
