These are the first two installments of a 5 part series... 5 novellas that will make up one story. Tempt Me (45 pages) will be released on February 4th and Resists Me (57 pages) will be released on February 18th. Two more installments to be released in March with the final one released on April 1st!

I'm kind of surprised that I like this so far... pain is not something that interests me in erotica... quite often it bothers me. I guess I like it mainly because these two do seem to fit well together and they are very likable. And I am very interested to find out about Elliott and his past. There is a story there...
This is not BDSM... Simone makes it very clear that she doesn't do submissive! I do like that about her. No debasement... and all very consensual. Simone is confident and tells it like it is... with her there is no mistaking what she wants. Elliott is somewhat resistant to his desire to give her what she wants and I do respect him for that. It's not something anyone should if it makes them uncomfortable. Simone doesn't push him even though she really wants to. I like that she also respects his boundaries.
There are five installments to this series with the last one not being released until April 1st. Impatient readers may want to wait until they are all out before you dive in...
The next two installments will come out in March... hopefully I will remember to read them... that is a long wait!

So far I really like these two characters. Simone is a confident gal who knows what she wants. Elliott has issues... but I find some of them amusing. He's kind of a germaphobe and seems to be struggling with just being happy in general. Perhaps our erotic little Simone can sort him out??? We'll see...
Simone is definitely a spank me, pinch me, bite me kind of gal... and I get the feeling that Elliott is struggling with how much he likes it. We haven't yet gotten into the intimate part of this relationship but that might give you an idea of whether or not you will like this particular series. I'm definitely hooked into the story enough to continue on with the next installment. This author has a nice writing style...

After teasing Elliott into going dancing with her, Simone seduces him. She knows what she wants and isn’t afraid of asking for it, and Elliott appears to be as eager as she is to see where their passion takes them. The sex is electric, but Elliott is taken aback by his response to her, and when Simone reveals her kink for pain to him, he’s unable to accept it and tells her he doesn’t want to see her again.
And then they’re both invited to the same party.
