November 9 by Colleen Hoover ~T's review~

Fallon meets Ben, an aspiring novelist, the day of her scheduled cross-country move. Their untimely attraction leads them to spend Fallon’s last day in L.A. together, and her eventful life becomes the creative inspiration Ben has always sought for his novel. Over time and amidst the various relationships and tribulations of their own separate lives, they continue to meet on the same date every year. Until one day Fallon becomes unsure if Ben has been telling her the truth or fabricating a perfect reality for the sake of the ultimate plot twist.

Can Ben’s relationship with Fallon—and simultaneously his novel—be considered a love story if it ends in heartbreak?

Dear Colleen Hoover,

I hate you.

I hate you for making me go in blind reading November 9. I hate you for completely captivating me in such a way that I was forced to stay awake until 3:30AM so that I could finish reading November 9 in one sitting. I hate you for making me instantly love these characters so much that my heart almost burst with their potential. I hate you for making anticipate each chapter so much that I found it hard to breathe at times. I hate that I cried for fictional characters. I hate that, to me, they became real. I hate you for making me gasp and scaring my dog at 2:15 am. I hate you for making me shut off my Kindle because I was so angry. I hate you for making me turn it back on at 2:30 because I was tossing and turning and just couldn’t wait to see how this played out. I hate you for making me laugh so much I almost woke up my husband who had to get up in two hours and needed the rest. I hate that even though I was angry at times, you made me love it anyway.

I hate you.

I hate you for making November 9 a book I cant stop thinking about. I hate to say that I will be re-reading it today. I am tired, Colleen Hoover - and it’s all your fault. Now hurry up and write something else. I am not done hating you just yet ;)
