At
the end of An Indecent Proposition there is a small write up about the author
Stephanie Julian and it says what she
loves most is writing heat with heart. I find that to be a perfect way to
describe this series. It was most definitely heat and truly a lot of heart.
To
be honest in the beginning I had some reservations. I mean it started right off
with a bang. Literally. I was asking myself if I found this believable or even
a good start. What happened next was purely unexpected. The writing and the
flow just had me captivated with it all. Erik with his scares, both physical
and mental, made me feel like I wanted to take care of him. Keegan with his
devotion to his best friend was powerful. And the love and understanding that
Jules gave to them both was just what they needed.
Don’t
get me wrong. This isn’t some life changing, soul searching book of epic proportions.
No. What it is, is a ménage à trois that’s a sexy fun
read for the erotica lover. If you are a fan of Jaci Burton or Maya Banks this
is one series you will want to read.
